Dear [legal company name],

I refer to our Sale or Return arrangement concerning [vehicle and registration], entered into on [date]. Please provide a complete copy of the contract as agreed, including the exact Terms and Conditions version applicable when I signed and any signing or audit certificate available.

Please also provide the written schedule of cancellation, advertising, marketing, storage and administration charges that you say applied at that time, together with any documents evidencing when those terms were sent or made available to me.

If any amount is presently claimed from me, please supply an itemised calculation identifying each sum, its contractual basis, relevant dates, VAT treatment and supporting records.

Please reply in writing to [your email address] by [reasonable date]. This request does not mean I accept any disputed charge.
